Slat Dividers

Slat (or plate) dividers and combiners are special conveyor systems used in processing and packaging lines to continuously divide or group the flow of products. With a production of more than 150 units of slat dividers each year, LM offers a complete selection of these systems that the company calls diverters. Using a modular design, it is possible to satisfy all needs in terms of size, configuration and speed. The possible applications are diverse, such as the selection of outfeed lines based on signals from weight controls, metal detectors, barcode readers, vision systems, balancing of production flow on downstream machines, the connection between several production machines of different capacities and between machines with different numbers of infeeds and outfeeds, optimising the feeding of deep freezing or cooking tunnels, preparing mixes of different products for multipacks, preparing palletising configurations or secondary packaging.
