The Twister (tilter) in LM’s orientation solution used mainly in packaging lines to turn products over while they are moving. The products can be turned continuously on one side (90°) or turned over (180°). LM’s Twister (tilter) is comprised of one or more conveyors equipped with helix route that moves the product from a horizontal position to a vertical position, or vice versa. The system can be built with conveyor belts for small products that operate at high speed or slat top conveyors for larger and heavy products. It is therefore characterised for its capacity to adapt to handling primary or secondary packaging. It reaches a speed of 80 m/min and is available in painted steel or stainless steel.
